A mix of fine opaque powders for a soft, blendable line. Enriched with gentle Allantoin for long- wear, the powder formula can be easily layered up for a more dramatic, smoky evening look. As Charlotte puts it, “every woman needs an eye liner they can depend on.”

How to use: Starting with the outer corner, gently wiggle the pencil across your upper lash line in your desired shape. Be sure that the liner is thicker on the outer corner and thinner towards the inner corner.

Using the Eye Blender brush or your finger, smudge the pencil for a softer look or re-trace the line for added intensity. For a smokier look, add the pencil to the waterline and lower lash line.
